We can often conduct "urgent" on-site inspections or quality checks much faster than agencies based in other regions.
Can you guarantee zero defects?
No factory can truly guarantee 0% defects, but we guarantee zero surprises. We mitigate risk by implementing strict AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling plans and providing real-time photo/video evidence during inspections. If issues are detected, we supervise the rework process on-site before the final balance is paid, ensuring the products you receive match your approved golden sample. In the unlikely event that a major quality issue arises due to our inspection oversight, we will fully assist you in filing a claim against the factory and executing agreed compensation terms.
Fees & Payment
What is your fee structure?
Simple, transparent, and strictly no hidden commissions. We offer three flexible models: project-based (daily rate for factory visits), fixed-fee packages (for standardized inspections), or a monthly retainer (for ongoing dedicated procurement support). Third-party expenses, such as laboratory testing and logistics, are billed at actual cost with original receipts provided. Our goal is to minimize your sourcing risks and maximize your cost savings.
