高压介电耐压测试
Hi-Pot Test
输入端与外壳金属裸露处施加高压(I 类灯具通常 AC 1500V,II 类 AC 3750V),测试时间 1s–60s,设置漏电流报警值(通常 5 mA),检查是否击穿。
Apply high voltage between input and exposed metal (Class I: AC 1500V, Class II: AC 3750V), 1s–60s, leakage alarm typically 5 mA; check for breakdown.

接地电阻测试
Ground Resistance
仅适用于 I 类灯具。在外壳接地端子/金属裸露处与输入接地线间通 25A 电流,测试电阻值。标准要求电阻值 ≤ 0.1 Ω。
Class I only. Apply 25A between ground terminal and input ground wire. Standard: resistance ≤ 0.1 Ω.

低压/输入电压宽幅启动测试
Low Voltage Startup
调压器将电压降至额定电压下限(如额定 220V,降至 180V),或直接调至 90V(宽压驱动),频繁开关 5 次,检查灯具能否正常瞬间点亮、无闪烁。
Reduce voltage to lower limit (e.g., 180V for 220V rated) or 90V for wide-range driver; switch on/off 5 times; check instant start without flicker.
快速点灭寿命冲击(电涌)
On/Off Switching Shock
额定电压下,执行 [通电 5s → 断电 5s] 为一个循环,连续冲击 20 次。检查灯具、驱动电源以及 LED 光源是否损坏、变色。
At rated voltage, cycle [on 5s → off 5s] for 20 times. Check lamp, driver, and LED for damage or discoloration.
光输出频闪测试
Flicker & Ripple Test
使用频闪仪测量;若无专业设备,将手机摄像头切换至录像模式(或高快门模式)对准发光面,目视观察屏幕是否有肉眼可见的水波纹横向条幅。
Measure with flicker meter; if unavailable, use phone camera (video/high-shutter mode) aimed at light panel; check for visible ripple bands on screen.
接地线拉力测试
Cord Anchorage Test
对灯具电源线输入引出端进行拉力测试(根据线重施加 30N/60N 拉力,维持 1s,连续 25 次),检查电源线是否有位移、滑出或内部接线受损。
Pull test on power cord entry (30N/60N per cord weight, 1s hold, 25 cycles). Check for displacement, slippage, or internal wire damage.

结构防水与关键元器件核对
Waterproof Structure & Critical Component Verification
针对室外/防水灯具(路灯、投光灯等),至少拆解 2 pcs 样品的驱动腔体与光源腔体,目视检查防水硅胶圈是否平整、无位移、无溢胶;核对驱动壳体 tc 极限温度铭牌是否与规格书 BOM 一致。
For outdoor/IP-rated lamps: disassemble ≥2 pcs driver & light chambers; inspect silicone gasket flatness/position/excess glue; verify driver tc max temp label matches Spec BOM.

整灯组装配合与装配测试
Assembly & Fit Test
抽取样品与配套的安装配件(挂板、螺丝、吸顶盘、支架)在模拟天花板/导轨上实际组装 5 套。检查结构件是否干涉、滑丝、缝隙过大。
Assemble 5 sets with mounting accessories (bracket, screws, ceiling plate) on simulated ceiling/track. Check interference, stripped threads, excessive gaps.
运输跌落测试(大货整箱)
Carton Drop Test
针对已包装成品外箱,按标准高度执行 1 角 3 边 6 面自由落体跌落。跌落后开箱全检,检查灯具内部变压器是否脱落、外壳变形、功能。
Packed master carton dropped from standard height: 1 corner, 3 edges, 6 faces. Full inspection after drop for loose transformer, deformation, function.
