质量验收最终结论声明 / Final Acceptance Declaration: 本检验基于现场随机抽样执行。本报告仅反映抽样样本在检验当时的质量状态，并不免除供应商对后续在运输或使用阶段发现的潜伏性缺陷（如批量开裂、隐蔽针孔渗漏等）所应承担的合同义务与质量赔偿责任。/ This inspection was performed on a randomly drawn sample from the available lot. This report reflects the quality status of the sampled units at the time of inspection only and does not relieve the supplier of contractual obligations or liability for latent defects discovered later in transit or end use (e.g., batch cracking, hidden pinhole leakage).
