质量验收最终结论声明 / Final Acceptance Declaration: 本检验基于现场分层随机抽样执行。本报告的数据仅客观反映本次抽样样本的质量现状，并不免除供应商对后续在运输或终端使用端暴露的潜伏性缺陷（如批量断墨、文件夹夹具失效、纸张受潮霉变等）所应承担的合同义务与质量赔偿责任。/ This inspection was performed based on stratified random sampling on-site. This report objectively reflects the quality status of the sampled units only and does not relieve the supplier from contractual obligations or liability for latent defects subsequently discovered in transit or end-use (e.g. batch ink failure, binder clip mechanism failure, moisture-damaged paper).
