注 / Note: If the packing completion ratio is between 80% and 99% upon arrival, the QC inspector must strictly perform random sampling from the fully packed cartons only. This must be explicitly documented in the report to eliminate the risk of the factory cutting corners or downgrading materials after the inspector leaves the site.

注：对照客户规格书标准，每批随机抽测 5–10 pcs，记录极值与均值 / Compare with client's Specification; randomly test 5–10 pcs per lot, record min / max / avg.

质量验收最终结论声明 / Final Acceptance Declaration: 本检验基于现场分层随机抽样执行。本报告的数据仅客观反映本次抽样样本的质量现状，并不免除供应商对后续在灌装、运输或消费者端暴露的潜伏性缺陷（如电池衰减、主板死机等）所应承担的合同义务与质量赔偿责任。/ This inspection was performed based on stratified random sampling on-site. This report objectively reflects the quality status of the sampled units only and does not relieve the supplier from contractual obligations or liability for latent defects subsequently discovered in production, transit, or end-use (e.g. battery degradation, mainboard failure).
