2. 重型五金件（如花洒套装、水龙头）须有独立卡槽或 EPE 格挡，严禁裸件互撞。

产品表面防线分区定义 / Product Surface Zone Definition:
A 面 — 绝对视觉核心区 / Zone A — Prime Visual Core (Strictest Criteria): Surfaces directly visible in the primary line of sight after installation (e.g., faucet handle and front face, shower spray face, mirror front, shelf top panel).
B 面 — 次要视觉可见区 / Zone B — Secondary Visible Area (Moderate Tolerance): Surfaces visible from the side or below but not in the primary view (e.g., bracket sides, shelf frame sides, faucet back and underside).
C 面 — 非视觉区/隐蔽面 / Zone C — Concealed / Non-Visual Area (Function-First): Surfaces hidden after installation that do not affect appearance (e.g., wall-facing shower base interior, ceramic fixture floor/wall contact surfaces).

1 拼装与配合度测试
Assembly Test		 5 pcs 按照说明书使用自带配件进行完整组装。要求：螺丝孔位对齐无偏移，螺纹咬合顺畅，无滑丝，各组件拼装后严丝合缝、不松动。

2 关键尺寸及重量核对
Size & Weight Check		 3 pcs 使用数显卡尺、卷尺及电子秤测量产品外径、中心孔距、管壁厚度及单件净重。要求：与客户 Specification 对比，误差必须在 ±1% 或规定公差以内。
Measure outer diameter, center hole spacing, wall thickness, and unit weight. Must be within ±1% or specified tolerance per client spec.
3 镀层/喷涂附着力测试
3M Cross-Hatch Adhesion Test		 2 pcs 3M百格测试/划格法：在A/B面使用百格刀划出 1mm×1mm 的100个方格，贴上3M 610测试胶带，以 90° 角迅速用力撕起。要求：划线边缘电镀层或漆膜完全无脱落（4B/5B级别）。
Cross-hatch on Zone A/B, apply 3M 610 tape, peel at 90°. No coating detachment (4B/5B level).
4 承重与结构强度测试
Static Load-Bearing & Structural Integrity Test		 2 pcs 将置物架、毛巾杆或挂件固定在测试架上，施加客户规定的静载荷（如置物架 10 kg 挂重、毛巾杆 15 kg 拉力），保持 5 分钟。要求：无断裂、无永久变形、连接处无松脱。
Mount shelf, towel bar, or bracket on test rig; apply client-specified static load (e.g., 10 kg shelf load, 15 kg towel-bar pull) for 5 minutes. No fracture, permanent deformation, or joint loosening.
5 通水密封性及操作测试
Hydraulic Tightness & Functional Performance Test		 3 pcs 针对阀芯、龙头、花洒：连接现场水源或气压测试仪，在 0.3–0.6 MPa 压力下通水/通气，开关切换 20 次。要求：阀体及接头各密封圈处 100% 无渗水、无滴漏；开关手感顺畅无卡顿。
Connect water/air at 0.3–0.6 MPa, switch 20 times. No leakage at seals; smooth operation without jamming.
6 智能/带电卫浴强电压测试
100% Hi-Pot Insulation & Electrical Safety Test		 100% 针对智能马桶、电热毛巾架、带电 LED 镜：100% 进行 Hi-Pot 接地与绝缘耐压测试。要求：绝缘电阻 ≥ 100 MΩ，无击穿闪络；通电后加热/照明/感应等功能正常。
Smart toilet, heated towel rack, powered LED mirror: 100% hi-pot grounding and insulation test. Insulation resistance ≥ 100 MΩ, no breakdown or flashover; heating, lighting, and sensor functions normal when energized.
